Pay as you go

Great if you only send emails occasionally. You'll only pay when you send an email campaign to more than 5 people. Each campaign costs £5 plus 2.5p for each recipient.

Pay monthly plans¹

Send an unlimited amount of campaigns per month for an incredibly low monthly fee. Perfect for anyone who sends at least one campaign a month. We'll bill your card monthly based on the size of your subscriber list. The monthly fee adjusts automatically as your list grows and shrinks.

Authenticated Sending Domain £50 per year

To prevent your important daily emails from being marked as spam, it is essential that you have a separate domain sending out your marketing emails. If a recipient reported your campaign email as spam your domain name could be marked as malicious, resulting in genuine company emails being labelled as spam.

Therefore we recommend setting up an authenticated sending domain just for your marketing campaign emails. Authenticating this domain will enable your emails to bypass certain spam filters within major ISP's, increasing the chance that your email will get through to your recipients.

The cost for an authenticated sending domain is just £50 per year, this includes the domain and setup within eCampaign.

We offer a bespoke email design service where we can create a perfect template for your business, as well as targeted designs for specific marketing campaigns. We generally charge more for the first email design as we will work with you to create a great looking branded template that can be reused with only minor modifications. We recommend creating a branded template so that your customers can become familiar with your brand.

If you're planning on running a campaign or offer, it's nice to do something a bit different. We can concept and design memorable campaign emails that will get your message noticed. We can also help you with other forms of marketing to create an integrated print and online marketing campaign. Please get in-touch for a free quotation and to discuss your marketing requirements.

We have a few templates that you can choose form to help get you started, these templates have been built and are fully tested and ready to use. Each templates comes with a couple of layout options and you can choose to customise the template yourself or we can help for a small design fee. Any major changes will have to be treated as a bespoke design and will be priced accordingly. Images are not included in our templates due to licensing restrictions - but there are plenty of stock libraries full of inexpensive images such as iStock.

Integrated contact form just £75⁴

We can integrate eCampaign with your website's contact form so that all contacts and enquiries that opt-in, go directly into one of your marketing lists. We can capture all kinds of information to help you create dedicated lists for particular market segments.

1. To leave our pay monthly scheme we only require 30 days notice. There are no other tie-ins or obligations.

2. Bespoke design costs are based on the requirements of the project and can range from £100 upward depending on the amount of work involved.

3. Template costs are fixed prices for the template HTML and CSS. We will charge a small design fee if you require us to customise the template, this cost will be based on the requirements and the amount of work involved.

4. Your hosting package must have a spare MySQL database available. To comply with international privacy laws all contacts will contain an option to opt-out of joining your mailing list.
